A longer stay gives you time to enjoy everyday life: pick up groceries around the corner, have coffee in the village and return to your favourite walk. Enjoy the fresh air on the balcony or spacious roof terrace, with a comfortable indoor space for cooler evenings.
Everyday essentials for a longer stay.
Cook a full meal in the equipped kitchen or make something simple after a day by the sea. A washing machine, drying rack, iron and lightweight cordless vacuum make household tasks easy. Wi-Fi and air conditioning for cooling and heating help you feel at home for longer.
A peaceful setting among permanent residents.
Permanent residents also live around Casa Mariposa. This gives the neighbourhood a familiar feel: you begin to recognise faces and settle into your own routine. We ask our guests to respect each other and the peace of the residence.
Close to your everyday needs.
Free parking is available in front of the home and along nearby streets. Everyday shops and restaurants are within walking distance. A car is useful for beaches and day trips. On request, we can put you in touch with a contact who arranges car hire.

Stays longer than 12 weeks are available on request only. Mention your preferred longer stay in the comments on your application; we will discuss the options and personally confirm availability.

From 1 November to 31 March, for stays of at least 28 nights. Extra nights are prorated. The calendar shows the price for your dates, including any Christmas or Easter supplement.
Wi-Fi is included in monthly rentals. Water and electricity are charged separately under the stay conditions. The price breakdown lists the service fee and refundable deposit.
