We use the data to review requests, manage bookings and payments, prepare rental agreements and invoices, communicate with you, prepare your stay, settle the security deposit and meet administrative or legal obligations. Security data is used to prevent misuse and protect the website and portal.
How long do we keep data?
We keep data no longer than necessary for the booking, service, security and applicable administrative or legal retention requirements. Data with no continuing purpose is deleted or anonymised.
Using the guest portal safely
Your personal status link provides access to your booking file. Do not share this link with others. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data, although no internet-based system is completely risk-free.
Website usage and cookie choices
We save your dates and party on your device for up to 24 hours so you can resume an enquiry. With your consent, Google Analytics can measure visits and actions such as viewing a price, opening WhatsApp and completing an enquiry. We do not include names, email addresses, messages or private portal codes in these events. You can decline analytics cookies or change your choice via Cookie choices. When activated, Google processes the analytics data. We do not load the Google Analytics tag without consent.
